Meeting Enhancers

"Life is like a combination lock; your job is to

find the right numbers,

in the right order,

so you can have anything you want."

- Brian Tracy

Living Lavita

Helen we missed you today.... Judy, Tanya and Carol continued to discuss that keeping meetings moving forward, on-time, forward focused was not as easy as it looks. We discussed examples of meetings where there was no focus and how that lead to a meeting with no action items, meeting minutes and thus no productivity. Carol discussed that this is important to have when you are meeting with consultants that are paid by the hour.

The team also discussed that when you are in meetings where people are on a roll, the meeting is so much more productive, you feel that you have accomplished soemthing.

When you are in meetings that are not using the tools of pathways, where the participants that are not engaged are difficult adn often you don't want to be in the room.

We felt that it was important for each of us to be responsible to be a positive part of the meetings, to stay on a roll, and to activily participate in every meeting we attend.
